Staging Consultation

Although staging is completely optional, it really shouldn't be. This is your home's opportunity to tell a story -- a lifestyle, so that buyers can imagine moving in. Staging also helps to minimize any negatives in the home while highlighting the positives. 
We will work with your space to ensure that once the home hits the market, it will impress more buyers and sell quicker!

Photography & Video

Photography and online virtual tours can have a huge impact on the success of the sale of your home. Once properly staged, your home will visually stand out and provide buyers with a full interactive experience. Trusted photographers & videographers will take as many quality photos as necessary to create an attractive representation of your home. 

Feature Sheets

I work with a Graphic Designer to create magazine quality brochures and custom print materials that showcase the best attributes of the home. Buyers will have the opportunity to take a feature sheet with them after a showing to ensure that they remember your property above the others viewed that day.  

Open Houses

An excellent opportunity to showcase the property is an Open House and I've become an expert at them.  It starts with effective open house marketing to increase action and create more buyer urgency. The goal of an open house is to convert people who walk through into qualified buyers and in the end, write offers for the listing.

Online Marketing

Web marketing is my jam. I'm up-to-date on the latest online marketing services including first-class advertising on sites like Realtor.ca, HomeFinder and the Keller Williams Complete site. Your property will also be featured on its own page on my website that uses highly sophisticated SEO (Search Engine Optimization) so it appears more frequently on Google Searches. 


Social Media Presence

While over 95% of Realtors are using social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram to market a property, it is estimated that 80% of them are not doing it effectively. It is important to treat each site as its own advertisement to increase engagement, exposure and ultimately drive more online traffic to the featured home page. I am educated on the latest online trends and will provide a social media strategy unique to your home to capture the most online buyers.
